Snooze (iPhone app) by Realtime Comms Ltd · Last updated September 25, 2026
The short version: no accounts, no tracking, no analytics, no ads. We don't know who you are, and we don't want to.
What stays on your phone
- Your listening. Stories you download, your sleep timer, Glow and ambient-sound settings are stored only on your device.
- Ambient sound is generated on your phone and never sent anywhere.
What leaves your phone, and why
To list and download stories, the app contacts our server (snooze.now). Each request includes a random device identifier created by the app. It is used only to check whether this device has an active Snooze Pro subscription. It is not linked to your name, email, phone number or any other identity.
Our server keeps a minimal log of which story was requested and whether it was free, without the device identifier, to keep the service running reliably.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are sold through the App Store. Apple processes payment; we never see your card or Apple ID. We use RevenueCat to confirm which devices have an active subscription; it receives the random device identifier and the App Store purchase record, not your name or email.
What we don't do
- No accounts or sign-in.
- No advertising, tracking or third-party analytics.
- No selling of data, ever.
- No microphone recording of your sleep.
Children
Little Ones stories are intended to be played to children by a parent or carer. The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Your choices
- Delete downloaded stories in Settings, or delete the app, at any time.
- Manage or cancel a subscription in your iPhone's Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions.
- Questions or deletion requests: support@realtimecomms.co.uk
